At Vincent Funeral Services we aim to be as flexible as possible to meet the needs of families during one of their most difficult times.

Funeral arrangements

Coffins & Caskets: Modern selection rooms are available for families to choose a coffin or casket to suit their needs.
Viewings: Incorporated in all of our chapels is a viewing room for families wishing to pay their last respects. Our embalmers and qualified staff have the skills available to prepare and dress a loved one so that memories are pleasant and lasting.
Flowers: We can arrange flowers to suit the coffin or casket you have selected from a professional florist. Families are however, welcome to use a florist or flowers of their own choice.
Hymn Sheets and Order of Service: Our modern office equipment enables us to individualize hymn sheets. Families are encouraged to be involved in the setting out and design of service sheets so that they are as personal as possible.
Vehicles: Our company provides well equipped hearses and unmarked home transfer vehicles. Mourning cars are also available upon request.
Refreshment rooms: The gathering and sharing with family and friends in a time of fellowship and refreshments plays an important role in the service our refreshment rooms facilitate this in a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Our staff can make the function run smoothly relieving families of this burden. You have the option of providing your own food or arrange for us to provide everything for you.

Funeral options

We can arrange and direct funerals from any location a family may wish, whether it be in their local church of any denomination, from one of our chapels, or any other venue of choice.

We can arrange for a civil celebrant or alternate ceremony to meet individual wishes.

Cremations and burials: We arrange all details regarding the final resting place and maintain extensive records about most ceremonies in the region. Burials can be arranged in any cemetery in existing graves or the purchase of new plots.
All the formalities for the cremation are attended to. The cremation takes place at The North West Regional Crematorium, Ulverstone.
Ashes memorials: The option for scattering or burial of a loved ones ashes are discussed with the family and ceramic, wooden or metal urns are available upon request.
Memorial gardens: At our Ulverstone complex there is a memorial garden which has facilities for rose garden placement of ashes and niche wall.

Funeral costs

We can provide a funeral to suit your needs and your financial circumstances. Please feel free to discuss any concerns with us. Funerals can be less or more expensive depending upon individual requirements.

To save family members the burden of funeral arrangements we offer a pre-arrangement service. All details are recorded in the strictest confidence, and you can rest assured, that your wishes will be carried out to the full when the need arises.

The pre-arrangement can extend to a pre-paid funeral. There are many advantages in doing this including:
